Job Description:
1. Respond to customer inquiries at any time and provide timely feedback to superiors
(via email, phone or any chat tools)
2. Handle and resolve client complaints with professionalism and empathy
3. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution
4. Gather and document client feedback to improve services and offerings
5. Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions
Requirements:
1. Maximum age of 35 years old
2. Diploma/Bachelor Degree from any major
3. Fluent in oral and written English and Mandarin
4. Strong communication skills and critical-thinking abilities
5. Having the attitude of prioritizing client and customers
6. Able to travel frequently and for long periods of time in Indonesia and other countries
