Main Responsibilities
- Leading business and performance of the brand, via purpose, innovation, and excellent execution
- Crafting relevant and heartfelt communication deployment that can touch the heart of Indonesian youngters.
- Lead initiatives of Indonesia-specific project/ innovation
Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in brand building and marketing.
- Strong understanding on market dynamic and consumer behavior.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing strategies to execution, to drive growth and competitiveness.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to inspire and motivate team, lead cross-function, manage projects simultaneously in fast-paced environment and collaborate with internal and external partners.
- Analytical skill with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to make informed business decision.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skill, with passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including but not limited to, CRM systems, market research tools, and project management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skill, with the ability to articulate brand vision and strategy.
- Entrepreneurial mindset to drive growth with limited resource.
