Cluster General Manager - Intercontinental & Indigo Bandung

We are seeking an exceptional Cluster General Manager to lead two of Bandung’s most iconic properties — Hotel Indigo Bandung Dago Pakar (275 keys) and InterContinental Bandung Dago Pakar (206 keys). Nestled amidst the scenic hills of Dago Pakar, both hotels blend world-class design, vibrant F&B concepts, and expansive event spaces, including grand ballrooms and versatile meeting facilities. This dual leadership role calls for a visionary who can balance the individuality of each brand while driving commercial excellence, elevating guest experience, and inspiring a culture of genuine hospitality across both properties.

As Cluster General Manager, you will take full ownership of operational performance, strategic direction, and financial growth for both hotels. You’ll lead diverse teams to deliver consistent brand experiences, foster engagement, and strengthen talent pipelines for long-term success. You will champion collaboration between departments and leverage data-driven insights to maximize profitability, guest satisfaction, and market share. This is a high-impact role requiring strong stakeholder management skills — working closely with ownership groups, business partners, and the local community to position both properties as leading destinations in Bandung’s competitive hospitality landscape.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in luxury and lifestyle hotel management, with a proven ability to lead large-scale operations and deliver outstanding results in service, revenue, and brand standards. A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business Administration is required, along with fluency in English and strong financial and commercial acumen.
