CNC Machining Operator

SUMMARY
Under direct supervision, responsible for operating automated manufacturing equipment for Jabil manufactured assemblies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Perform routine equipment operation and another machine related assigned task.
• Hand over with previous and after shift team members related with the task.
• Produce good parts (refer to the process plan).
• Fill the document during operating the machine.
• Understand and/or able to operate production machine.
• Ensure that assigned area is clean and organized.
• Work direction may additionally be communicated verbally through visual aids and set-up sheets.
• Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
• Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Fresh graduate of High School Diploma or Equivalent required, or
• 6 months to 1 year experience
• Or a combination of education, experience and/or training
• Must be able to obtain and maintain all required job relate

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge CNC machine operations (Milling vertical, Milling horizontal)
• Knowledge about deburring work
• Knowledge about measuring tools and GD&T
• Knowledge about reading engineering-drawing/blueprint is preferred
• Knowledge about FOD
Knowledge about in-process inspection
