This is a fully funded 60-day startup sprint in Bali for 4 exceptional young people.

It’s not a traditional job or paid role. It’s a private, intensive retreat with the founder of RecruitGrads.ai focused on one problem:

For 60 days, you’ll live and work in Bali with a small team, talking to students, grads and employers, prototyping solutions and testing them in the real world.

What you’ll do

• Go deep on the early-career hiring problem from both candidate and employer sides
• Design and prototype simple products, funnels and experiences to help young people prove their skills
• Run experiments, gather feedback and iterate quickly
• Help shape strategy: what we double down on, what we kill, what we build next
• Document key learnings and outcomes as we go

We're bringing in people for 4 different roles: Growth & Marketing, Product & Operations, Finance, Logistics & Insight and most importantly a Filmmaker (Yes we're filming the whole thing).

Who this is for

• Students, recent grads, early-career people or ex-founders who feel underused where they are now
• You have a track record of starting and finishing hard things (projects, startups, content, anything real)

• You’d drop everything for 60 days for the right opportunity

Important

This is not employment and there is no salary or stipend during the 60 days. No paid work is being carried out in Indonesia; this is a private, non-commercial retreat focused on creative collaboration, exploration, prototyping and personal development.

If the sprint goes well and there’s mutual fit, there is a path to continue afterwards as part of a UK-based founding team with equity.
