  • Plan and coordinate billing activities carried out by RO.
  • Manage and monitor Collection and Recovery performance to ensure the achievement of predetermined targets.
  • Provide reports on the results of activities and achievements carried out by RO.
  • Assist RO in the billing process.
  • Create a strategy for collection management to achieve targets determined by management.
  • Monitoring visit results and number of visits.
  • Report and discuss target achievements, problems and difficulties experienced to superiors.
  • Provide coaching for team members.
  • Willing to work at Pekanbaru or Pangkalan Kerinci.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any major.
  • Have experience as remedial or collection officer, especially in banking industry min. 2– 5 years.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role within collections is preferred.
  • Have good communication and negotiating skills.
