Are you passionate about driving adoption for impactful healthcare solutions? Roche Diagnostics is seeking a dynamic individual to collaborate with our sales and marketing teams in promoting high medical value solutions to clinicians.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute commercialization plans for the designated disease area.
• Drive clinical promotion of high medical value products by understanding clinician prescriber habits throughout the patient journey.
• Create compelling content and marketing materials for the responsible disease area.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the specified disease area.
• Understand clinical stakeholder needs, challenges, and expectations for high medical value solutions.
• Craft unique clinical value messages to enhance clinician adoption.
• Achieve channel fill targets and contribute to market share growth for high medical value solutions across disease areas.
• Build clinical thought leadership, positioning Roche as a strong value partner for customers.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in science or equivalent.
• 5-6 years of commercial and clinical engagement experience, preferably in the diagnostics business. Open to candidates from medical devices or pharma business backgrounds.
• Strong scientific acumen combined with commercial expertise.
