Commercial Finance Group Head - FMCG

As Commercial Finance Group Head, you will work closely with the commercial team and report to the CFO.

Job Descriptions:

• Develop and execute financial strategies, providing insights and leading long-term planning to drive organizational goals
• Promote and be the strategic driver of intrapreneurship by leading a thorough and robust business analytics to accelerate the growth
• Advice business leaders, offer financial guidance, align departmental needs with corporate objectives, and evaluating opportunities to maximize ROI
• Oversee the preparation of financial reports, analyze performance trends, recommend corrective actions, and lead the development of financial models to support business decisions
• Manage and mentor a finance team, fostering skill development, continuous improvement, and effective collaboration with other departments while promoting best practices in financial management
  
  
  

Key Qualifications:

• Must only have 5 companies in your 15 years of work experience, with 10 years of work experience in leadership position
• Top Tier Universities graduate with Minimum GPA: 3,60 and High STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematic) score.
• Background from FMCG is preferred
• Great interpersonal skills humility with strong business partners
• Exceptional Excel spreadsheet skills is a must
