Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Complex Digital Marketing Manager at The Westin Surabaya and Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Pakuwon Indah. The role involves managing social media marketing, lead generation, marketing strategies, e-commerce opportunities, and overall digital marketing efforts for the hotel. Develops a good working relationship with tourism bureaus and community leaders.

• Digital Marketing experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
