- Analyze, monitor and interpret laws, regulations, and industry standards applicable to the company.
- Ensure company policies align with regulatory requirements, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT).
- Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory bodies.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to address compliance issues.
- Work closely with internal teams to mitigate compliance risks.
- Draft, review, and update company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Ensure employees understand and adhere to compliance policies.
- Support internal and external audits related to compliance.
- Investigate compliance violations and report findings.
- Conduct training sessions on compliance topics for employees.
What You Should Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Politics or a related field.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written).
- Willing to learn new things.
