The role:
Safety Documentation Management:
- Fluent in English (reading, writing and speach), all client are English speaking
- Drive All Internal and External documentation and communication via the company nominated Work Health and Safety online portal-Site Docs.
- Prepare, review, and maintain all pre-construction safety documents for upcoming residential projects.
- Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to collect and verify necessary safety documentation.
- Ensure all safety documentation is up to date for each project and collected from each contractor.
- Monitor subcontractor safety documents, workers' compensation, and public liability insurance for expirations, and keep records updated.
- Provide guidance and support to subcontractors regarding safety documentation processes and requirements.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all safety documentation.
Additional Administrative Duties and Responsibilities to each Residential Project:
- Issuing a Notices of Commencement, inclusive of Handover of Site from Client/Owner to construction Team.
- Issuing a Notices for Permission from Client/Owner of removal of Soil and Rock from Site.
- Issuing an Extensions of Time (EoT) and Notice of Delay (NoD) to Client/Owner and updating of EoT and NoD schedule templates.
- Populating of Request For Quotes (RFQ's) from nominated Suppliers.
- General Administrative duties assigned from time to time.
