Responsibilities

We are looking for Construction Auditor to review and evaluate construction projects for accuracy, compliance, and cost efficiency. The role involves examining contracts, budgets, project timelines, and construction quality to ensure proper use of funds and adherence to standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review construction project budgets, contracts, and invoices.
  • Verify that project costs are reasonable, accurate, and properly documented.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to confirm project progress and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and legal standards.
  • Prepare audit reports and highlight areas for improvement or concern.
  • Work closely with project managers, contractors, and finance teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of construction processes, contracts, and cost control.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and report-writing abilities.
  • Experience in auditing or construction projects is an advantage.
