Content Coordinator for Personal Brand

Are you obsessed with Instagram trends, Reels hooks, and the kind of storytelling that makes people stop scrolling?

I’m looking for a Content Coordinator to help grow my personal brand around lifestyle design, entrepreneurship, and behind-the-scenes storytelling.

Think about that cinematic, crisp, high-frequency storytelling with substance.

Your main job is to turn raw content into weekly momentum across Instagram and beyond. Here's what you'll own:

• Post 7 times per week on IG (at least 5 Reels, plus 2 static or carousel posts)
• Coordinate with my video editor to get posts ready and live on time
• Promote my YouTube long-form videos through Reels and supporting content

• Take ownership of my IG growth → Instagram: @ole_strand
• Help build and scale a personal brand around online entrepreneurship and lifestyle design
• Long-term vision: Monetize through a hybrid online + physical community (events, retreats, masterminds in the coolest places in the world)
  

• Spot trends and pitch ideas weekly
• Work with editors and make sure everything flows through the pipeline
• Organize and maintain a consistent posting calendar (we use Notion + Slack)
• Suggest content formats that connect with the audience and match the brand’s mission
  

• Experienced with IG Reels, TikToks, or YouTube Shorts
• Organized, proactive, and a clear communicator
• Familiar with creative workflows (Notion, Slack, Frame.io)
• Interested in entrepreneurship, content strategy, and storytelling
  

Start with 5–10 hrs/week. If you're the right fit, this can easily evolve into a full-time role as the brand and community expand.
