You will be involved in managing marketing-operational needs of our client, Havanna Family Reflexology.

Havanna Family Reflexology is a family reflexology founded in 2016. Currently, it has 7 outlets spread across East Java & Tangerang: 4 outlets in Surabaya, 1 outlet in Sidoarjo, 1 outlet in Malang, and 1 outlet in Gading Serpong. With years of experience, Havanna has always been committed to providing the best service and personal care so that customers can experience their wholesome rest.

• Create engaging visual content and captions that reflect Havanna’s brand identity.
• Plan and execute a weekly content calendar with the marketing team.
• Document outlet activities and events in line with brand visual standards.
• Collaborate with Marcom Strategist & Head of Marketing for campaign briefs.
• Edit content tailored to each platform and maintain publishing quality.
• Provide basic insights on content performance (reach, engagement rate, etc.).
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree in Creative or Communication-related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience as a content creator.
• Proficient in content editing tools.
• Strong eye for premium visuals and service-oriented tone.
• Has a portfolio (feed, reels, TikTok, copywriting).
• Able to work quickly without compromising quality.
• Understands digital trends and audience behavior.
