Role Description
- Maintain accurate client and partner data in the CRM system.
- Serve as the primary contact for international clients.
- Build and manage partner relationships, including contracts and collaborations.
- Track leads and generate performance reports.
- Collaborate with the Content Editor to align CRM insights with marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in CRM, event planning, or partnership management.
- Proficiency in CRM software & tools (e.g., Zoho, Odoo, Salesforce).
- Analytical Skills, Communication, and Project Management.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English spoken and written is a must.
- Willingness to work on-site in Yogyakarta.
