Content Lead

ESENSI Digital is looking for a visionary Content Lead to shape brand narratives and lead our creative content ecosystem. We need someone who balances creative storytelling with a strategic mindset to build meaningful connections across all digital platforms.

In this role, you will oversee the creative direction for multiple brands, ensuring that every piece of content, from organic storytelling to digital ad campaigns is delivered in high-quality, consistent, and impactful.

What You’ll Do:

•⁠ ⁠Guide a team of content writers in daily execution, ensuring every piece of work meets our high standards.

•⁠ ⁠Supervise content for paid/dark posts and social media, ensuring they are optimized for specific objectives (Reach, Engagement, and Conversion).

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with the Performance Marketing and Social Media teams to refine content based on data-driven results.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure output consistency and quality across multiple brands and projects, even under tight timelines.

What We’re Looking For:

•⁠ ⁠3-5 years in content, social media, or digital roles.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Deep understanding of platform behavior (Instagram, TikTok, Meta) and content funnels.

•⁠ ⁠A leader who can handle end-to-end execution, from ideation to final output.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
