What You Will Be Doing

• Transform raw AI-generated content into polished, publication-ready assets across multiple formats including forums, blogs, and knowledge bases
• Provide detailed, structured feedback on AI outputs that directly feeds into our machine learning retraining cycles
• Conduct data-driven quality analysis to identify patterns, track improvement metrics, and highlight opportunities for systematic enhancement

• 1+ years of professional experience in content quality, AI output review, or editorial operations
• Proven track record working with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, etc.) in a professional capacity—including prompting, output evaluation, and improvement

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
