Your Tasks
Supports the execution of Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives across department in Production Centre (PC). This role assists in implementing BMOS (Beiersdorf Manufacturing Operating System), sustaining 5S+Safety practices, supporting Manex pillar activities, and facilitating data analysis and reporting. The CI Associate works closely with the CI Supervisor and cross-functional teams to drive performance improvement and efficiency gains
Supports the execution of Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives across department in Production Centre (PC). This role assists in implementing BMOS (Beiersdorf Manufacturing Operating System), sustaining 5S+Safety practices, supporting Manex pillar activities, and facilitating data analysis and reporting. The CI Associate works closely with the CI Supervisor and cross-functional teams to drive performance improvement and efficiency gains
- Support BMOS routines including Daily/Monthly Reviews, FITs, and Visual Factory activities
- Assist in sustaining 5S+Safety implementation and execution
- Support deployment of Manex pillars
- Assist in data gathering and support CI KPI monitoring
- Contribute to visual management and standardization across areas
- Assist in kaizen documentation and simple analysis (before–after)
- Support CI Supervisor in training preparation and on-the-job coaching materials
- Support Facilitator in problem-solving and RCA activities
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- 1–2 years experience in CI, Production, or Manufacturing support role
- Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or similar regulated industry
- Familiar with 5S, Kaizen, and basic Lean concepts & RCA
- Basic knowledge of BMOS and Manex/TPM pillars
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, charts), Power BI, Video & Photo Editing
- Awareness of quality and safety standards in regulated industrie
- Team collaboration, good communication skills & continuous learning
