Contracting & Reservations Manager

As a Contracting & Reservations Manager, you'll spearhead the implementation of cutting-edge procurement and pricing practices. Your role is pivotal in ensuring seamless integration of global processes and training to achieve unparalleled pricing and product excellence.

Guided by the DMC (Destination Management Company) Global team, you'll lead a dynamic Contracting team, focused on competitive pricing and cultivating great supplier relationships. You'll build a versatile product portfolio, empowering the Sales team and Intrepid Brands to curate tailored itineraries based on customer preferences.

By managing the Reservations team, you'll ensure all services are booked accurately and in a timely manner, ultimately improving reservation processes. You'll also gather feedback from DMC teams (Sales, Operations, Product), constantly ensuring an optimal supply of products!

This role is a full time, permanent position based in our office in Bali, Indonesia.

Some of the experience you'll bring may include:

• Proficient in regional trip operations, specializing in small group adventures, with extensive knowledge of products, suppliers, and destinations.
• Skilled in procurement, contracting, negotiation, and product development within the travel industry, coupled with experience in relevant systems like Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
• Proven track record in managing DMC/tourism supplier relationships, including cost negotiation, procurement processes, trip pricing, and product development.
• Previous team leadership experience
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
