G4S Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Control Room Officer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a proactive approach to security monitoring, analysis, and response.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular situational monitoring of client environments and provide detailed reports on security-related events.
  • Monitor and manage alarm systems to ensure client safety.
  • Perform comprehensive CCTV monitoring, including system checks, proactive sweep patrols, and timely escalation of security incidents.
  • Manage and maintain electronic access control systems, ensuring secure entry and exit protocols.
  • Perform periodic check-in calls with security personnel to maintain situational awareness and ensure operational readiness.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, dispatching appropriate resources and coordinating response efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze production environments for potential security disruptions, including demonstrations, disasters, and other security-related events.
  • Implement protection programs and coordinate emergency response dispatches.
  • Control and manage badge issuance, visitor, and contractor access procedures, ensuring compliance with security protocols.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in any major.
  • Excellent English proficiency, both oral and written.
  • Proven experience operating complex security systems.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce structured and high-quality security and incident reports.
  • Highly confident, assertive, and efficient character, with the ability to drive stakeholders for quality of services.
  • Proven track record of effectively handling emergency situations and rallying support.
  • Willingness to be placed in Tangerang
