Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Cook at PT. Saptama Raya Bersama in Sentul, Bogor. The Cook is to preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes, managing food ingredients, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and presenting food attractively.

Qualifications
- At least have 1 to 3 years experience working in the kitchen
- Having basic knowledge of cooking technique and food ingredients
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in an environment that may be hot
- Ability to communicate well within a team and possess good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Prepare daily food ingredients and check their quality according to standards
- Cook food based on recipes and incoming orders
- Master various cooking techniques and safely operate kitchen equipment
- Supervise Cook Helpers and ensure compliance with SOPs
- Manage food inventory and report needs to the Head Chef
- Maintain communication between the kitchen, bar, and floor teams for smooth service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely food preparation
- Use tools safely and adhere to injury prevention guidelines
- Follow strict hygiene and sanitation procedures for food safety
- Communicate efficiently to address any issues with ingredients or equipment
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety procedures to prevent contamination
