COORDINATOR - FIT OUT

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the mall industry
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software
• Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and fit-out processes
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Good English communication skills
• Placement at Summarecon Mall Bekasi

Job Description:

• Coordinate tenant communication to monitor renovation progress and schedule
• Prepare design approvals for each unit and submit to the Board of Directors
• Review and approve tenant designs to meet Summarecon Mall Bekasi standards and regulation
• Conduct handovers with tenants and verify unit measurements
• Complete pre-opening and opening checklists to ensure unit readiness
• Prepare the physical condition of each unit, ensuring electricity, exhaust, and fresh air systems meet tenant needs
• Estimate costs and timelines for civil and architectural work
