We're now scaling up, both locally & globally, and need a Copywriter to work with Product Marketing and Marketing Team Leads. We’re a B2B SaaS/PaaS business selling into 7 segments, including talent acquisition, talent management, university student admissions and now extending to MSMEs.
We serve global brands and our business is category leader in Southeast Asia. Examples of our clients are Telkom Akses, Sampoerna, KornFerry, BSNP, Kompas Group, NTU, National University of Singapore, Shopee, HomeCredit, BCG, Nestle & more. We're remote-first with teams across Indonesia (Java, Bali) and Australia.
About This Role
As our Copywriter you will be responsible for:
- Writing compelling and persuasive copy for various channels, including (but not limited to) website content, blog posts, social media captions, email campaigns, and promotional materials
- Producing impactful copy that aligns with the brand’s values and motivates the target audience to take desired actions
- Adaptive writing style to suit different platforms and communication mediums, maintaining a cohesive brand voice across all content
- Collaborating closely with the product marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality, effective written content
- Crafting copy for diverse formats, including direct, broadcast, digital, loyalty, promotional, and instructional communications
- Ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all written content to reinforce the brand identity.
- Staying updated on industry trends, language preferences, and emerging styles to keep the content fresh and relevant
- Conducting research to gain insight into target audience preferences, needs, and behaviors, using this knowledge to refine messaging and copy
- Reviewing and edit all written materials to meet high editorial standards, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand guidelines
Requirements We’re Seeking
- Background in HR or psychology is highly preferable
- Excellent command of written English
- Minimum 2 years experience in copywriting, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of writing styles across digital, social media, and other channels. Must be skilled in writing clear, concise and grammatically correct copy
- Must be highly self-motivated and well organised
- Have the ability to see other people's points of view and take on board feedback
- Familiarity with SEO best practices to enhance the visibility of content on search engines
- Able to join early December 2024, ideally earlier
