Costing Staff

Job Description:

• Utility Cost Management: Calculate and allocate costs for electricity and gas usage across various departments or production units to ensure accurate distribution of utility expenses.
• Service Unit Allocation Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports on the allocation of service unit costs, ensuring each department is billed correctly according to their usage and service levels.
• Costing Analysis: Generate periodic costing reports that provide insights into production costs, variances, and potential areas for cost reduction.
• Detailed COGM Listings: Prepare detailed listings of COGM to enhance transparency and understanding of cost components within the manufacturing process.
• Inventory Management: Participate in stock opname (inventory count) activities to verify stock levels, identify discrepancies, and update inventory records to maintain accuracy in stock valuation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in cost accounting or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong proficiency in SAP and other financial management software
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Proficient in using accounting software and Ms. Office, particularly Ms. Excel
• Willing to work onsite in Cikarang Barat, Kab. Bekasi
