  • Menghubungi pelanggan yang belum menerima paket untuk menyepakati waktu pengiriman
  • Melakukan proses loading dan unloading paket
  • Membantu pengelolaan order pelanggan sementara waktu
  • Memberikan pelayanan yang baik serta menjawab pertanyaan dan permintaan pelanggan
  • Menjaga hubungan yang baik dengan pelanggan
  • Menangani keluhan dan feedback dari pelanggan


Job Requirements:

  • Memiliki SIM A yang masih aktif
  • Memahami area penempatan kerja
  • Memiliki smartphone Android dengan minimal RAM 4GB
  • Memiliki komunikasi yang baik dan mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun tim
