Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative campaign ideas and creative concepts that align with brand strategy and business objectives.
  • Turn research, market insights, and audience understanding into compelling storytelling and impactful messaging.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and production teams to ensure ideas are executed seamlessly across all channels.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer behaviors, and cultural shifts to keep our creative work fresh and relevant.
  • Present creative strategies and campaign concepts confidently to both internal teams and clients, providing clear reasoning behind ideas.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to refine and improve future creative approaches.
  • Maintain brand consistency while pushing for originality and innovation in all creative outputs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in a strategy or planning role, preferably at a creative agency.
  • Have portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, including examples of creative briefs, case studies, or campaign strategies.
  • Familiarity with digital analytics tools.
  • Insatiable desire to understand people, culture, trends, and business challenges.
  • Ability to weave data and insights into a compelling narrative that inspires creative teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle constructive feedback, adapt to changing project needs, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
