- Menganalisis tren, profile customer, memberikan rekomendasi analisa kepada tim sales dan melakukan report seluruh program campaign CRM.
- Menindaklanjuti serta mengoptimalkan kinerja dari seluruh channel dalam CRM (Email, Whatsapp, Aplikasi) berdasarkan hasil analisis data.
- Membuat dan mengelola konten kreatif untuk channel CRM (Email, Whatsapp, social media)
- Organize dan mengelola event / member activity untuk meningkatkan customer loyalty Gramedia
- Mengelola seluruh member Gramedia dan membuat berbagai program retention dan akuisisi
- Minimum Qualifications: Pendidikan minimal S1(Marketing/Marcomm/PR/Manajemen)
- Kreatif dan memiliki skill problem solving
- Mampu menganalisis data dan terbiasa menggunakan Excel
- Technology Savvy, dan mengetahui tools CRM
- Berpengalaman mengoperasikan dan melakukan analisa di business analytics tools (PowerBI, atau Google Data Studio)
- Mampu berkomunikasi baik, bekerja dengan tim.
