Job Descriptions:
- Handle CRM related for all F&B.
- Ensure that the delivered products meet the satisfaction of both online and offline users and customers.
- Develop a loyalty system for F&B business (including tiers).
- Regulate loyalty member’s data.
- Analyze the brand’s selling statistics.
- Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year experience in CRM industry.
- Have experience on regulating loyalty program for customer.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Computer Literacy (Ms. Office).
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Preferably from the F&B Industry.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
