Job Description
- Aircraft Inspection: Conduct thorough aircraft inspections to identify and document defects, damages, and irregularities.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various aircraft systems and components, including engines, avionics, airframes, and landing gear.
- Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of all maintenance and repair activities, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Compliance: Ensure all maintenance and repairs adhere to aviation regulations and manufacturer specifications.
- Testing: Conduct post-maintenance functional tests and performance checks on aircraft systems to confirm proper functioning.
- Certification: Issue airworthiness certificates and approve maintenance tasks once they meet safety standards.
- Safety: Prioritize safety in all maintenance and inspection activities, following stringent safety protocols.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, implementing effective solutions to ensure aircraft safety and performance.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in quality control and assurance programs to uphold the highest maintenance and safety standards.
- Area of Education: Possess at least a Diploma in aviation or a related field or equivalent
- Experience: Min. of 5 years of experience as a CRS or Engineering Staff
- Language Proficiency: Indonesia and English
- Certification: Must hold a valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license for Boeing and Airbus aircraft and possess a Basic License Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) or Avuonic
- Skills: Proficient in using tools, equipment, and diagnostic instruments related to aircraft maintenance. Extensive knowledge of aircraft systems, avionics, and engines is essential
- In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards, including familiarity with FAA regulations and government aviation rules
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail is required to identify and rectify aircraft defects accurately
