Job Description
- Melayani informasi, permintaan dan keluhan atas jasa layanan Telkomsel bagi seluruh pelanggan Telkomsel
- Membuat eskalasi permasalahan pelanggan yang tidak dapat diselesaikan melalui tiket Cookies atau media lain yang ditentukan kepada fungsi
- Service Operation Support.
- Mengidentifikasi dan mencatatkan tujuan atau permasalahan pelanggan/calon pelanggan datang ke GraPARI di aplikasi yang telah ditentukan oleh Telkomsel.
- Pendidikan min. D3 semua jurusan
- Bisa berkomunikasi dengan baik dan berbahasa inggris
- Bisa bekerja secara mandiri dan juga team
- Pola pikir analitis, detail oriented dan mampu bekerja multi tasking
