Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Plan production schedules to meet customer demand efficiently.
Train junior bakers on techniques and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a pastry chef or similar role.
Expertise in cake decoration techniques including fondant, icing, and sculpting.
Strong attention to detail and creativity in design.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
