Custom Clearance Supervisor

EXPORT IMPORT SUPERVISOR

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree of Supply Chain, Science, Data Analyst, Statistics, etc

2. Knowledgeable and experienced in handling Export-Import documentation, Customs clearance, Bonded Zone, and logistics (preffered)

3. Fast learner, evaluator and able to work under pressure

4. Strong leadership, communication, and data analytics 

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiar with AI-based technologies

Job Description:

1. Review documents for import and export processes

2. Manage and update information related to customs regulations

3. Update the company’s internal systems to improve productivity and document management efficiency

4. Resolve customer complaints related to documentation of EXIM

5. Build and maintain relationships with Customs Regulators
