Customer Quality Engineer

Key responsibilities

1. Coordinate the resolution of factory related customer complaints, perform systematic analysis and report to management
2. To lead activities related to quality process improvement.

Key tasks

1. Lead relevant departments (Engineering, production, procurement and QC etc.) for investigation of factory related customer complaints, root cause analysis, Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) definition
2. Follow up CAPA status, drive for in-time closure and perform effectiveness verification.
3. Maintain FFR (Field Failure Rate) Master List , tracking status, reporting or sharing information to necessary departments and management
4. Perform FFR analysis and escalate systematic improvement suggestions to management
5. Prepare 8D or analysis report when necessary.
6. Leadership and good teamwork spirit in order to maintain open communication work environment among related departments
7. Support smooth communication with external customers via service if required.

Qualification

1. Education / Degrees : Bachelor degree in Mechanical and Industry or equivalent
2. Job experience : 10(+) years working experience in manufacturing industry, Preferably 5(+) years experience in quality control/assurance/ customer complaint handling or service
3. Knowledge and Skills :

• Process optimization experience
• Refrigeration knowledge preferable
• People management experience preferable
• Mastering of ISO9001/5S/Quality tools management
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good English skills in reading, writing & speaking
• Knowledge of production and technology process management
• Ability to solve and analyze important quality issues using quality/problem solving tools
