- Mampu berkomunikasi secara efektif, ramah dan persuasif baik secara lisan maupun tulisan
- Memiliki kemampuan problem solving dan empati tinggi dalam menangani keluhan pelanggan
- Melakukan pelayanan terhadap siswa, orangtua siswa dan tamu
- Memberikan informasi produk/jasa kepada pelanggan
- Menangani dan menyelesaikan keluhan/komplain pelanggan dengan cepat, tepat dan sopan
- Mengisi kelengkapan administrasi akademik, keuangan, marketing dan data umum
- Berkontribusi dalam kegiatan marketing seperti promosi produk, penawaran ke pelanggan serta pengumpulan feedback
