Job Description

  • Melayani informasi, permintaan dan keluhan atas jasa layanan Telkomsel bagi seluruh pelanggan Telkomsel
  • Membuat eskalasi permasalahan pelanggan yang tidak dapat diselesaikan melalui tiket Cookies atau media lain yang ditentukan kepada fungsi
  • Service Operation Support.
  • Mengidentifikasi dan mencatatkan tujuan atau permasalahan pelanggan/calon pelanggan datang ke GraPARI di aplikasi yang telah ditentukan oleh Telkomsel.

Job Requirement

  • Pendidikan min. D3 semua jurusan
  • Bisa berkomunikasi dengan baik
  • Bisa bekerja secara mandiri dan juga team
  • Aktif berbahasa inggris
  • Pola pikir analitis, detail oriented dan mampu bekerja multi tasking
  • Target Orientied
