We are looking for a Customer Service Support who can support the administration of our operation and work on a continuous improvement approach towards process improvement opportunities. In the role, you will be an active member of the Customer Service & Design organization within Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines & Indonesia Market Group. In this role you will be an individual contributor who will support the Customer Services & Design Team, making sure that we are delivering according to our customer’s material demands. The work includes design administration, order handling, and invoicing.
The position is characterized by its coordinative nature and its many external and internal contacts, which place a great demand on your ability to create a work structure in which to deliver a high service level to our customers.
What you will do:
- Lead in managing the billing process for our materials and services.
- Identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement our order fulfillment process especially in the order handling, stock administration and invoicing area.
- Executes all order management and design administration activities (transactional). Secures supply chain PM / AM order fulfillment for on time & in full
- Secures claim administration (Credit Notes).
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any major or related field
- 2 years operational experience in the area of expertise. Required knowledge of order management of product or services sales
- Experience on SAP system operation
- Excellent in Microsoft Office e.g Excel, Word, PPT
- Good written and spoken English skill
- Prefer skill on Excel VBA, power BI, power automate
- Strong administrative and planning skills as well as the ability to prioritize
- Analytical skills, a good head for figures
