JOB DESCRIPTION :

Educate customers about jewellery products at Spilla Jewelry (Tangerang)

Actively serve customers offline while providing upselling.

Inputting orders and daily reports.

Handling customer complaints.

REQUIREMENTS :

Willing to be placement in Tangcity Mall

Minimum bachelor's degree from all majors (Communication Science / Marketing Management / Hospitality majors are preferred)

Have knowledge and interest in hospitality and sales.

Have good communication skills.

Have the ability to handle complaints

Cheerful, friendly and polite.
