SimpliDOTS is a cloud-based SaaS platform that simplifies distribution management and automates sales operations to help companies improve efficiency and increase profitability.

As SimpliDOTS continues to grow, delivering a smooth and impactful customer experience becomes essential. Our Customer Success team plays a key role in helping users understand the product, use it confidently, and get real business value from it. To support that mission, we’re opening an opportunity for someone who wants hands-on learning and meaningful exposure to the world of Customer Success.

What You Will Do

  • Support the creation and improvement of training materials, guides, and tutorials.
  • Assist in client training sessions, from setup to post-session follow-up.
  • Build and maintain FAQs, help articles, and instructional content that helps users feel confident using the product.
  • Handle basic client questions and collect feedback to improve training resources and user experience.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure all training materials stay accurate and up to date.

Who Are We Looking For

  • Active university student or recent graduate from any major.
  • Able to communicate clearly and explain concepts in a simple way.
  • Curious, proactive, and always ready to learn something new.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
  • Patient and empathetic when helping clients.
  • Bonus points if you’ve done tutoring, documentation, customer service, or created educational content.
