Job Description
- Mengelola dan memantau seluruh kegiatan operasional SPX Customer Operations Team berjalan dengan lancar.
- Memberikan pelayanan pada pelanggan dengan merencanakan, serta menerapkan strategi operasional SPX Customer Operations Team. Meningkatkan sistem, proses, dan memastikan kelancaran komunikasi perihal masalah atau isu di operasional dengan SPX Customer Operations Team Leader.
- Membuat, serta menetapkan target dan/atau matrix yang selaras dengan nilai ataupun tujuan dari perusahaan. Memastikan bahwa seluruh SPX Customer Operations Team dapat memberikan keunggulan dalam pelayanan, dinilai dari SLA, produktivitas, CSAT, backlog, dll.
- Melakukan pengawasan dan memantau target yang dibuat dapat tercapai berkoordinasi dengan SPX Customer Operations Team Leader.
- Mengadakan rapat untuk menjamin kelancaran dan efisiensi komunikasi dengan tim internal ataupun tim eksternal.
- Minimal pendidikan S1/D4/sederajat.
- Berpengalaman 3 tahun di bidang Customer Service sebagai supervisor.
- Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dan jelas. Memiliki kemampuan berbahasa inggris menjadi nilai tambahan.
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership dan manajemen tim; coaching, problem-solving, & decision-making.
