Customer Support Specialist
Job Scope and Responsibility:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team and give exceptional technical assistance to clients regarding our products and services. This role include Handling livechat, call centre and IndoParter.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to clients for products & services offered by Exabytes
- Handle call centre Exabytes ID & IndoPartner
- Troubleshoot Technical Problem
- Escalate Complex Issues
- Provide Knowledge Base for Internals and for customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer, or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in a related field is required for this position
- Basic Administration PLesk & cPanel or IT related certificates
- Understanding of Basic DNS
- Basic in Mail flow understanding & troubleshoot
- Have Certificates in Plesk obsidian Associates & Professional
- Have cPanel CWA, CQWA & CPCP certification
- Good understanding in cPanel, Plesk, DNS, Postfix, Qmail, Exim, Firewall, Main flow
- Able to speak English at least passive
Working environment:
Work From Home allowed (after the probationary period) with limited quotas per year.
Employment agreement status is Permanent Worker
