Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Machine Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within manufacturing, packaging, or related industries. Fresh graduates with strong skills are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QAD), production databases is an advantage, and data visualization tools like Power BI
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and data mining techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle large datasets, perform data cleansing, and manage data integrity.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Good communication skills to effectively present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of flexible packaging industry trends and key performance indicators is a plus.
• Proactive attitude, with the ability to anticipate potential issues and suggest improvements in data collection and analysis processes.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies as needed.
• Continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks is a plus.
