Data Analytics (AI)

Data Extraction & Transformation:

• Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries to extract data from various database sources.
• Use Python and other scripting languages to clean, transform, and prepare large, complex datasets for analysis and reporting.

Advanced Analysis & Reporting:

• Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify key trends, performance metrics, and opportunities for business improvement across departments (e.g., operations, sales, service).
• Develop and automate interactive dashboards and reports to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.

AI Integration & Insight Generation:

• Actively research, evaluate, and utilize capabilities within modern AI platforms and tools (e.g., Azure AI, Google Cloud AI, OpenAI) to enhance analytical outputs.
• Interpret and translate AI-generated insights and recommendations (including those from basic machine learning models or NLP outputs) into practical, business-relevant actions.

AI/ML Support (Basic Level):

• Assist in the testing and evaluation of prototypes or proof-of-concept models based on a basic understanding of machine learning concepts.
• Collaborate with data scientists or engineering teams to provide data necessary for model training and validation.

Collaboration & Consultation:

• Partner with business unit leads to understand their analytic needs and define clear objectives and key results (OKRs).
• Provide expert consultation on data interpretation and the application of AI-driven insights to solve specific business challenges

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, data science, or a related field
• Familiarity with AI platforms and tools (e.g., Azure AI, Google Cloud AI, OpenAI, etc.)
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and natural language processing
• Experience with data analysis tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL)
• Ability to interpret and work with AI-generated insights and recommendations.
