Data Center Technisian

Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a DC Technician at our client located in Batam. The DC Technician will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to:

As a Elecrical Technician:

• Reading and understanding electrical diagrams, installing wiring and components, connecting systems to power sources, and performing routine inspections.
• Testing electrical systems to ensure safe and compliant operation, using protective gear, and adhering to safety protocols.
• Diagnosing and resolving electrical issues, such as short circuits and power outages, and replacing worn or damaged components.
• Documenting all electrical work performed, maintaining service records, and preparing reports on system performance and status.
• Training staff on safe use of electrical systems and ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

As a Mechanical Technician:

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machines and mechanical equipment, ensuring safe operation.
• Identify, diagnose, and repair faults in machines and mechanical equipment.
• Replacement and Calibration: Replace worn or damaged parts, and adjust and calibrate machines and mechanical equipment.
• Document all maintenance and repair work performed, maintain service records, and prepare reports on the performance and status of equipment.
• Train other staff on the safe use of machines and mechanical equipment, and adhere to occupational safety and health procedures.
