Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end demand generation through TikTok Livestreaming and Affiliate Activation, ensuring holistic execution across both pillars:
• Livestreaming Operations: Manage SKU and shop setup, ensure compliance with brand and platform guidelines, activate promotional mechanics, and review performance to optimize conversion and GMV.
• Affiliate Deployment: Recruit and onboard affiliators, negotiate commission structures with creators, manage agency relationships, and continuously monitor and improve performance.
