Placement: Tangerang (PT. Bumitangerang Mesindotama/BT Cocoa)

Responsibilities

• Setting up the right approach and monitoring of the implementation operational excellence 2.0
• Identification existing losses with operational stakeholders (Production, Engineering, Quality, & Warehouse)
• Ensure 2.0X Pillar Program can be implemented by innovative activities when faces challenges
• Monitor and setting up approach of AM-PM implementation progress, for pilot plant and roll out
• Assist focus improvement workshop and competition
• Active to campaign and develop people on operational excellence awareness and capability
• Monitoring breakdown analysis including guide RCA implementation
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, economic or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, DMADV)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
