Help desk will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them. An excellent Help desk must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. • As the first layer in providing problem support related to products and or applications used by users
• Responsible for following up problems that occur to users
• Responsible for escalating problems to operational staff
• Responsible for making routine reports to the related pic
• Responsible for making knowledge base of problems that have already occurred

Requirement

• Bachelor of Computer Science/ Information System/Related Field
• Minimum 1 years experience as a Helpdesk/Development Operation
• Proficient in Linux, Git, CI / CD, Docker / Kubernetes
• Have online / offline training certificates / certificates related to Development Operation
