The ideal candidate will oversee and execute the online marketing strategy for Heart Beads Bali, focusing on impactful brand storytelling and community engagement. This candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, creating compelling content to increase brand awareness and foster lasting digital connections with our customers, particularly on Instagram, Facebook, and our marketplace channels. This role requires a blend of creative content generation, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to monitor and enhance our social media presence and overall digital performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a digital content plan aligned with our brand's unique storytelling and values.
• Manage primary digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, marketplaces), optimizing for organic engagement and growth.
• Plan and implement digital campaigns to achieve business objectives and enhance brand awareness.
• Analyze performance metrics (content, platform, traffic) to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.
• Coordinate with influencers, event planners, and other external parties to build brand value and visibility.

Qualifications

• A keen interest in reading marketing/business books.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing, Creative Content, or Communications.
• Proven ability in copywriting and brand storytelling that resonates with the target audience.
• A strong portfolio showcasing content strategy and its tangible impact (e.g., engagement, growth).
• Solid understanding of social media platform algorithms and current content trends.
• Basic proficiency with visual content creation tools (graphics/short videos) and familiarity with basic analytics tools.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, analytical skills, and effective cross-team communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the fashion or lifestyle brand industry.
• Good command of the English.
• Experience running digital advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads).
