We're seeking a Digital Analyst Lead to drive our analytics initiatives across both digital touchpoints and transaction-level data. You’ll be hands-on with tools like GA4, GTM, SQL, Looker Studio and Metabase, while also mentoring analysts and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to turn data into impactful business strategies.

Job Descriptions

  • Cross-Platform Data Strategy: Translate business and measurement goals into actionable tracking and data frameworks. Oversee implementation using tag management systems and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, GTM).
  • Full-Funnel Data Analysis: Analyze user behavior data (web/app) and transactional data (e.g., POS, CRM, database) to uncover insights related to conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
  • SQL Expertise: Write advanced SQL queries to extract, join, and analyze datasets from multiple sources. Run cohort, funnel, segmentation, and campaign performance analyses.
  • Dashboarding & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards using Metabase, Looker Studio, or other BI tools to monitor KPIs and deliver insights tailored to stakeholder needs.
  • CRO & A/B Testing: Lead experimentation strategy, evaluate test performance, and guide teams in translating results into UX/product decisions.
  • Team Mentorship & Collaboration: Coach and support junior analysts through reviews, check-ins, and shared learning sessions. Collaborate with designers, developers, strategists, and CRM leads.
  • Client-Facing Insight Delivery: Present insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams, turning data into clear, actionable direction for product, marketing, and operations.
  • Innovation & Data Governance: Advocate for strong data hygiene and documentation standards. Evaluate and introduce new tools, methodologies, or frameworks to evolve the analytics practice.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital/transactional analytics or a related role.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience analyzing data from relational databases.
  • Proficient in Metabase, Looker Studio, or equivalent BI/reporting tools.
  • Deep experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and event tracking.
  • Familiar with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for debugging and validating tracking setups.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools and knowledge of statistical testing principles.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Agency background and/or GAIQ certification is a plus.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup from Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan.
