Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role involves managing digital channels, analyzing performance data, and implementing strategies to reach target audiences effectively.

Responsibilities :

• Develop & Implement Digital Marketing Strategies –
• Create data-driven marketing plans to drive online traffic and conversions.
• Manage Digital Advertising Campaigns – Run paid ads on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Optimize SEO & SEM – Improve website visibility through search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM).
• Email & Social Media Marketing – Create and manage email campaigns and social media promotions.
• Analyze & Report Performance – Track key metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and optimize campaigns for better results.
• Content Strategy & Branding – Work with content creators and designers to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay Updated with Trends – Monitor digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.

• Must be an Indonesian citizen.
• Must be willing to participate in a one-year remote internship program.
• Must be willing to serve as a committee member for YBB programs for one year.
• Must possess good physical and mental health, along with strong communication skills.
• Must be capable of performing effectively under challenging circumstances.
• Must be tech-savvy.

Required Tools & Softwares :

• SEO & Analytics: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush.
• Advertising & PPC: Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads.
• Email Marketing: Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue.
• Social Media Management: Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite.
• Content & Design: Canva, Adobe Express, WordPress.
