What You Will Own

You will lead the execution of digital initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes:

1. Drive High-Performance Digital Campaigns

  • Manage and optimize SEO, PPC, Meta/Google Ads, and multi-channel social media.
  • Experiment with audience segmentation, ad formats, and conversion paths.
  • Craft engaging digital content that amplifies SMSP’s value proposition.

2. Turn Data Into Growth

  • Analyze campaign performance, traffic patterns, CAC, and ROI.
  • Make data-backed decisions on targeting, budgeting, and creative direction.
  • Report insights and recommendations to Marketing & Management.

3. Power the Digital Customer Journey

  • Work closely with Technology & Data teams to enhance user experience.
  • Improve funnel steps from awareness → engagement → lead → order.
  • Track and optimize lead generation quality to support Sales capacity.

4. Champion B.R.A.V.E. Culture

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
  • Tech Stack Proficiency: Deep understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Ads Manager, SEO tools, and retargeting frameworks.
  • Data-Driven: Ability to turn complex data into actionable growth strategies.
  • Storyteller: Creativity in content ideation and storytelling for B2B audiences.
  • Collaborator: Comfortable working across Marketing, Tech, and Sales teams.
